A well-known retail company in Mecca is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join their team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that all products are properly stocked and presented in an appealing manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the buying team to develop product assortments and merchandising strategies
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to ensure products are always available
- Regularly check the store's appearance to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Communicate with suppliers to place orders and coordinate delivery schedules
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitors' offerings
- Train sales associates on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer service skills

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with retail merchandising principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
