Mason Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of masons in Mecca. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, productivity, and safety on construction sites. You will also be responsible for training and supervising new masons, as well as providing guidance and support to the team.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Malayalam and English
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the masonry team
- Ensure high quality work is being performed according to project specifications
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Supervise the use of equipment and materials to prevent wastage or damage
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any concerns immediately
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other team members
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, work performed, and hours worked by the team

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. This job does not include accommodation but will provide free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.
