Crane Operator

We are hiring a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Jizan. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to lift and move materials, equipment, or products at construction sites or industrial facilities. Your main duties will include inspecting and maintaining the crane, following safety procedures, and communicating with ground crew to ensure safe and efficient operations.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a Crane Operator and hold a valid license to operate cranes. You must also have excellent hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and good communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important.

Responsibilities:
- Operate crane according to safety regulations and company policies
- Inspect crane before operation and perform necessary maintenance tasks
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Lift and move materials or equipment using the crane
- Follow load charts to determine appropriate lifting capacity
- Monitor weather conditions that may affect crane operations
- Report any malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Complete necessary paperwork for each job performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Crane Operator
- Valid crane operator license/certification
- Physical strength and good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Ability to work full time with flexible hours as needed
