Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and managing office supplies. Additionally, you will assist with data entry, creating reports and presentations, and handling correspondence. This is a contract job located in Jizan, with a salary of 1100$. Candidates should be fluent in English and preferably of Indian nationality. No prior experience is required, but strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. Accommodation will not be provided.
