Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide variety of high-quality desserts, pastries, and other baked goods
- Develop new menu items and recipes while maintaining the standards of the hotel
- Train and oversee junior pastry chefs in order to maintain consistency in quality and presentation
- Manage inventory and ensure timely ordering of ingredients to maintain freshness
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other chefs to create unique dessert options for special events or promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts preferred
- Strong knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate junior staff members

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with benefits such as accommodation, transportation, health insurance, and annual leave.
