Waiter/Waitress - English Speaking
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Nationality: Pakistani preferred


We are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Riyadh. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will greet and seat customers, take orders and serve food and beverages, handle payments, and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the restaurant
- Seat customers at their tables and provide menus
- Take accurate orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Process payments using cash or credit cards
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, etc.
- Ensure proper stocking of supplies for service area
