IT Manager - Umm-Salal, Qatar

We are in search of an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's IT operations in Umm-Salal, Qatar. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing our company's technology infrastructure, systems, and processes while also providing technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network issues
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology to recommend improvements for our systems
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, hardware, software, and other technology tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Note: This is a contract job with accommodation provided. Preference will be given to Indian or Pakistani candidates who are English-speaking with their own visa.
