Restaurant Manager - Malayalee


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As a Malayalee, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and staff management
- Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for customers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase profitability
- Train, supervise, and schedule staff members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with fluency in English (speaking and writing)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Salary: 1400$
