Information Security Analyst


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Umm-Salal, Qatar. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of our organization's data and systems. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect our organization's data and systems.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks.
- Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior or unauthorized access.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, and potential threats.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement security measures for new systems or applications.
- Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends in the industry.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on information security best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in information security or related field.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, encryption methods, and other security technologies.
- Knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, Linux), databases (SQL Server), and web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS).
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or QualysGuard.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preference:
This job is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Malayalees (people from Kerala region) due to cultural fit.
