Information Security Analyst


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Information Security Analyst to join our team in Umm-Salal. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's sensitive information and systems from cyber threats.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in our systems
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data
- Monitor networks for any suspicious activity or breaches and respond immediately to mitigate potential threats
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our security measures
- Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees on a regular basis
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in information security management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of network security protocols and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, etc.
- Experience with risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CRISC
- Knowledge of cloud computing security principles and practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
