Administrative Assistant
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our office by managing day-to-day administrative tasks and supporting our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval
- Organize meetings and events, including coordinating logistics and taking minutes when necessary
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for team members
- Act as the point of contact between internal staff and external clients or vendors
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and bookkeeping
- Other administrative duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Arabic) is preferred but not required
