We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating delicious and visually appealing desserts and has experience working in a high-volume kitchen. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating new pastry recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and leading a team of pastry cooks. The successful candidate must have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new pastry recipes that align with our restaurant's concept and standards.
- Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure we always have the necessary ingredients on hand.
- Train and mentor a team of pastry cooks to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
- Collaborate with the executive chef and other kitchen staff to plan menus and specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section of the kitchen.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
- Diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, tools, and equipment.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique pastry creations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an asset).

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
