We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of pastries and desserts for our restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the culinary arts and has a creative flair for pastry making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare various pastries, cakes, cookies, and other desserts
- Develop new recipes and improve existing ones to keep up with changing trends
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in the kitchen
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Train junior pastry chefs on techniques and recipes
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- In-depth knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Malayalee nationality preferred

Salary:
