We are seeking a creative and experienced Floral Designer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a floral designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful arrangements using fresh flowers and other materials. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, corporate events, etc.
- Selecting the best quality flowers and other materials to create visually appealing arrangements.
- Understanding clients' needs and preferences to create custom-made designs.
- Maintaining inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring that they are fresh and well-stocked.
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers in choosing the right arrangements for their needs.
- Keeping up-to-date with new trends and techniques in floral design.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a floral designer in a similar role.
- Creative flair and passion for floral design.
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and how to use them in arrangements.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Basic knowledge of color theory and design principles.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays if required.
