We are currently hiring a Hotel Manager for our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Manage and train staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the hotel
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Create and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other partners
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proven track record in increasing revenue and profitability
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g. Opera) is preferred
