We are a manufacturing company in Lusail, Qatar seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to instructions and specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and quality of products
- Troubleshoot issues with machines as they arise and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Keep a record of daily production logs and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and other technical documents
- Knowledge of different types of machinery used in production processes
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
