Sales Representative

We are a leading retail company in Lusail seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. As our ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the retail industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, promoting our products, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products to current and potential customers
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Reach out to customer leads through various channels
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management
- Keep up-to-date with product information and pricing
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to build productive business relationships
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Indian nationality is preferred
- Must currently reside in Lusail
- Available to start immediately
