Inventory Manager

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control, including tracking, ordering, and managing stock levels. You will work closely with suppliers and our internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and track stock movements
- Monitor inventory accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Oversee the procurement process, including negotiating prices and terms with suppliers
- Implement inventory management best practices to optimize efficiency
- Develop reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and supplier performance
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan accordingly
- Train and supervise inventory staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in inventory management or supply chain role
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory tracking software
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience working with suppliers/vendors
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
