Job Title: Pastry Chef


A prestigious hotel in El-Ain, Pakistan is seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and creating a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods for our guests. You will also be responsible for developing new recipes and ensuring the quality and consistency of all pastry items.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and create a wide range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to established standards
- Develop new recipes and menu items that showcase your creativity and passion for pastry making
- Ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of all pastry items meet our high standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to maintain consistency in product quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Comply with all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and tools
- Creative abilities to develop new recipes and menu items
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for creating delicious desserts that exceed customers' expectations
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience working in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred

Education & Certification:
A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or similar field is preferred. Certification from a reputable culinary school or training program is an asset.
