Position: Warehouse Worker
Location: Przytoczna (45 km from Gorzów Wielkopolski)

Job Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as warehouse workers. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with responsibilities such as order picking, barcode scanning, and quality control. No prior experience is required, but a readiness to work with a scanner is essential.

Requirements:

• Experience: No prior experience required, but the ability to work with a scanner is a must.
• Language: Polish language skills are not required.

Salary:

• Standard Rate: PLN 20.85 net/hour
• Student Rate: PLN 27.7 net/hour
• Bonus: Earn up to PLN 400 gross for excellent performance and attendance.
• Salary is paid by the 15th of each month.

Work Schedule:

• 5-6 days a week, rotating shifts (6:00-18:00 and 18:00-6:00).
• 12-hour shifts, with the possibility of reducing to 8 hours based on warehouse needs.
• Breaks: 30 minutes and 15 minutes.
• Monday to Friday (weekend shifts available as well).

Accommodation:

• Free accommodation is provided in Gorzów Wielkopolski.
• For those choosing their own accommodation, a PLN 300 net supplement is provided, which can be used in grocery stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking and Scanning: Operate scanners (in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, or English) to collect goods from shelves, prepare them for packaging, and transport them within the warehouse.
• Receiving and Stocking: Receive large shipments, open boxes, and stock items in their appropriate locations.
• Packaging: Prepare and pack goods efficiently for dispatch.
• Shipping: Scan and transport packaged goods to the appropriate dispatch areas.
• Quality Control: Ensure all parcels are correctly scanned, packed, and prepared for shipping.

• Training: 3-5 days of paid training during day shifts. Opportunities to transfer to other departments are available.
• Facilities: On-site canteen with affordable options for tea, coffee, and sandwiches (up to PLN 12). Employees should bring their own lunch.
• Workwear: The company provides free work attire, including T-shirts, trousers, and sturdy work boots. Personal lockers are assigned to all employees.
