Construction Project Manager

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Lusail. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include coordinating with contractors, managing budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and overseeing project teams.

To excel in this role, you must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and extensive knowledge of construction processes and procedures. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are executed efficiently
- Create and manage project budgets and timelines
- Develop strategies to overcome any project challenges or delays
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders
- Manage project teams and delegate tasks accordingly
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review contract agreements and negotiate terms with vendors or subcontractors

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think creatively under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects (preferred)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Lusail. Indian nationals who are fluent in English are preferred for this position.
