We are in search of a skilled Baker to join our team in Lusail. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency in quality and taste
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure proper baking
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods as per customer requests
- Maintain inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies
- Keep work area clean, organized, and sanitized at all times
- Follow food safety standards and guidelines at all times
- Train new employees on baking techniques, recipes, and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes for different types of breads, pastries, etc.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time-management skills to meet production deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Creativity and attention to detail for decorating baked goods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills in English
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must have own visa or NOC from current employer

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
