Part-Time Restaurant Manager
A well-established restaurant in Salalah is seeking a part-time Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. This position requires working evenings and weekends, with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Create schedules and manage staff to ensure smooth operation during peak hours
- Train and mentor employees to maintain high-quality standards in food preparation, presentation, and service
- Monitor budget and expenses to achieve financial targets set by the management
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to design menus that appeal to customers' tastes while maintaining cost-effective pricing
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required
