Temporary Barista (With Accommodation and Visa Sponsorship) in Salalah, Oman


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team on a temporary basis in Salalah, Oman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, as well as ensuring the overall smooth operation of the coffee shop. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency in drink quality
- Take customer orders promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop including wiping tables, washing dishes, and sanitizing equipment
- Handle cash transactions with customers using POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Stock shelves with supplies such as cups, napkins, and condiments
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Prior experience using POS systems is an asset
- Must have valid visa sponsorship in Oman

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this temporary position.
