We are a busy coffee shop located in Salalah, seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, be knowledgeable about different coffee brewing methods, and have excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and prepare coffee and other beverages according to their preferences
- Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following recipe guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the counter, equipment, and seating areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods is required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer requests or issues in a professional manner
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

This is a temporary position without accommodation. The duration of employment will depend on business needs.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who are currently located in Salalah or have the ability to relocate immediately. This position needs to be filled urgently so interested candidates should apply promptly.
