We are hiring an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Salalah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to lead a team of construction workers to complete projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of construction projects
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure project timelines are met and budgets are adhered to
- Supervise and manage construction workers on site
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Adhere to all local building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
