Part-Time Tutor in Salalah

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tutor to join our team in Salalah. As a part-time tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic assistance to students in various subjects. Your primary role will be to assess the students' learning needs, develop customized lesson plans, and provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions. The ideal candidate must have prior tutoring experience and possess strong communication and organizational skills. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' learning needs and areas for improvement
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on each student's learning style
- Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in various subjects (e.g. mathematics, science, English)
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to ensure consistency in teaching methods
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Prior tutoring experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you will be tutoring in
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must be able to work in Salalah without accommodation
