Job Title: Handyman for Property Management Company in Salalah, Oman


We are an established property management company in Salalah, Oman seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties to ensure they are well-maintained and in good working condition.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry
- Handle minor repairs and fix any issues related to doors, windows, locks, and appliances
- Inspect properties regularly to identify any potential maintenance or repair needs
- Respond promptly to tenants' repair requests and resolve any issues efficiently
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or renovations
- Keep track of all maintenance activities and maintain an organized inventory of tools and supplies
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed while performing maintenance tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Solid knowledge of various handyman tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills to interact with tenants and contractors
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. Other benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within the company.
