Entry Level Administrator in Salalah
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Administrator in Salalah. As an administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company. This is an entry level position, perfect for freshers looking to gain experience in the field of administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging catering
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in administration or office support is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

This position is based in Salalah, Oman.
