Loader Operator

As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to efficiently load materials onto trucks or transport vehicles. You will also be responsible for maintaining and inspecting the equipment, ensuring its safe and efficient operation. This job requires physical strength and stamina, as well as the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Your primary duties will include operating the loader to load materials such as soil, gravel, or rocks onto trucks or into designated areas. You will also be responsible for maintaining a steady flow of materials to meet production demands and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed at all times.

To excel in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as previous experience operating heavy machinery. A valid driver's license is also required. Strong hand-eye coordination and excellent spatial awareness are essential in this position.

This job is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift heavy objects on a regular basis. You must also be comfortable working in outdoor settings and adaptable to changing weather conditions.
