As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Muscat. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial records. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve overall efficiency. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month. No prior experience is required, and we provide accommodation as well as visa sponsorship for the right candidate. This job is open to candidates who have passed 12th grade or equivalent. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve efficiency
- Keep accurate financial records and report on profits/losses
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12th grade)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in a similar role (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
