Barista

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Barista to join our team in Muscat. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You must have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks according to company standards
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring ingredients, monitoring brewing equipment, and maintaining cleanliness
- Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Restock supplies as needed and keep track of inventory levels
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive work environment

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a barista or similar role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- A valid biometric passport is required for international candidates

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
