Chef de Cuisine
We are in need of an experienced and talented Chef de Cuisine to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Muscat. The ideal candidate must have a passion for cooking and a creative flair to develop new and innovative dishes. Responsibilities include overseeing the kitchen operations, managing inventory and budget, training and supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a minimum of 5 years experience as a chef. Salary is negotiable based on experience. Omani nationals preferred.
