Part-Time Land Surveyor

We are in need of a skilled and reliable Part-Time Land Surveyor to join our team in Muscat. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land features for construction, engineering, or other purposes. You will work on a part-time basis, with a flexible schedule that can accommodate your availability.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of surveying techniques and equipment, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret data. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine precise locations and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours on land
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, robotic total stations, and aerial or terrestrial scanners
- Analyze survey data to create maps, drawings, and reports
- Communicate with clients or project managers to discuss project requirements and progress
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all surveying work
- Adhere to safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field (preferred)

Salary: $1700 per month (based on experience)

Location: Muscat (local candidates preferred)
