Caregiver for Elderly in Muscat


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver for Elderly to join our team in Muscat. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to elderly clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medication as prescribed by a physician
- Monitor client's health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments or social activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Caregiver or similar role
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and communicate effectively with elderly clients
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards elderly individuals with varying needs
- Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and perform tasks such as lifting or transferring them from bed to wheelchair
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Working Conditions:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month. Accommodation will be provided. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the client but typically range from 8 to 10 hours per day.
