Head Chef at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Ar-Ruwais, UAE


We are a well-established fine dining restaurant located in the beautiful city of Ar-Ruwais, UAE. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and ensure the highest quality of food and service for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and vision
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to food quality or service
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fine dining restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create unique dishes while staying true to traditional recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Indian cuisine is a plus)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month. Additional benefits such as housing allowance, medical insurance, and annual leave will be provided.
