Barista - Indian Nationals (Contract)


We are a well-established coffee shop in Al-Khor, seeking experienced and passionate Baristas to join our team. As an Indian national, you will feel right at home with us. This is a contract position, perfect for those looking for flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Ensure quality of drinks by following recipes and preparing them according to customer preferences
- Handle cash transactions, operate POS system, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café at all times
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Educate customers about our products and make recommendations based on their preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in the F&B industry
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and recipes for various drinks
- Excellent communication skills in English (basic Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends

Salary: 1000$ per month (tax-free)
