Head Baker

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations in Al-Kuwait. You will lead and manage a team of bakers, ensuring that high-quality baked goods are consistently produced and delivered to our customers. Your daily tasks will include creating and testing new recipes, managing inventory and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a baker, strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and a passion for creating delicious baked goods. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. Malayalees and women are preferred for this role.
