Construction Manager



As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects in Al-Khor, Egypt. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your role will involve managing project timelines and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Communicate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to clarify project specifications
- Develop project timelines and budgets, monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
- Supervise on-site construction activities and coordinate with subcontractors
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with project management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

Salary: 1600$ per month

This is a part-time position without accommodation. Candidates must have their own valid visa for Egypt. Freshers are welcome to apply. No English proficiency is required for this position.
