" Merchandiser for Retail Store - Ar-Ruwais, UAE



Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for retail and merchandising? We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team at a retail store in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper display and stocking of merchandise, as well as maintaining inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct regular store audits to identify any discrepancies or issues with merchandise
- Collaborate with buyers to plan and execute promotions and marketing strategies
- Train and supervise store staff on proper merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising or retail sales
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be familiar with current market trends and customer preferences
