Skilled Handyman for Maintenance and Repair Services in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are a well-established company in Al-Khor, Qatar seeking a skilled Handyman with experience in maintenance and repair services. As our ideal candidate, you should be able to handle various tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs. You will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality of our clients' properties and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing broken fixtures
- Conduct electrical work including installing new outlets, replacing wiring, and troubleshooting electrical issues
- Handle plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing new fixtures
- Perform carpentry work including repairing furniture, cabinets, doors, and windows
- Repair or replace damaged drywall and paint walls as needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary materials for each job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Familiarity with various tools including power tools and measuring equipment
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry skills required for maintenance and repair work
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must have valid residency permit (QID) in Qatar
