Handyman



A leading contracting company in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks as needed
- Inspect properties and identify any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Fix or replace broken fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Install new fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, etc.
- Keep track of inventory and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to all safety regulations and practices

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Valid driver's license preferred
