Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Al-Kuwait)


We are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for Indian cuisine to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and quality food for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of servers, cooks, and other restaurant staff
- Train and develop new employees
- Create schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop marketing strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, along with other benefits such as visa sponsorship for all nationalities.
