Job Title: Head Baker


We are a renowned bakery in Al-Khor, known for our delicious pastries and freshly baked bread. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the baking process, from preparing ingredients to managing the oven temperatures and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare various bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional and modern recipes
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust accordingly to ensure perfect baking
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Train and supervise junior bakers in the proper baking techniques
- Inspect raw materials for quality and report any issues to management
- Collaborate with management on menu development
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and recipes, both traditional and modern
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time-management skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail in decorating baked goods
- Strong communication skills to effectively train junior bakers
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Al-Khor, Qatar.

Nationalities:
This job is open to all nationalities.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time job with 8 hours of work per day, 6 days a week.

Passport Requirements:
A valid biometric passport is required for this job.
