We are hiring a skilled Plumber to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee with prior experience in plumbing and must be able to work part-time. The main responsibilities of this role include installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. The candidate must also have their own tools and transportation, as well as being able to communicate effectively with clients. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Inspect pipes for leaks or blockages and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Plumber, preferably in both residential and commercial settings
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to plumbing systems
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit to handle tasks such as lifting heavy equipment

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certification or training in plumbing is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
