Contract Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Contract Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month. No English language skills are required for this position. We welcome candidates without prior experience who have a passion for carpentry and a willingness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Cut, shape and join materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim or hardware
- Inspect and replace damaged frameworks or other structures
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as a carpenter (preferably in the construction industry)
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Physical strength and stamina to carry out manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills (Arabic language preferred)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
