Sales Manager - Al-Khor, Qatar
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals and objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and potential, through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and use this information to improve sales strategies
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound business decisions
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
