Hospitality Manager

As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel in El-Ain, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. You will manage a team of staff members and work closely with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operation of the hotel.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and maintain high standards
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication
- Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve profitability targets
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Plan and implement promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other partners
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a hospitality manager or similar role in a hotel setting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong customer service orientation with outstanding communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems
- Familiarity with safety regulations in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fluent in Arabic (preferred) or English
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred)
