Entry Level Baker

As an Entry Level Baker, you will assist our experienced bakers in preparing and baking a variety of delicious goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and more. You will learn new techniques and recipes while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional bakery setting.

No previous experience is required for this role, but a passion for baking and willingness to learn is a must. We offer on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within the company. Accommodation can also be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, icings, and other components
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and scales
- Monitor products while they bake to ensure quality standards are met
- Decorate finished goods with glazes, toppings, or other decorations
- Clean work areas and equipment after each use
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
