Teacher - Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Teacher to join our international school in Nizwa, Oman. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students, while promoting academic excellence and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver lessons based on the school curriculum and individual student needs.
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop lesson plans, share resources, and implement school policies.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's academic progress.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with international education standards is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month. Other benefits include annual leave, medical insurance, visa sponsorship, and flight allowance.

Nizwa is a historic city located in the heart of Oman's mountainous region. It offers a rich cultural experience with its traditional souks (markets), forts, mosques, and stunning landscapes. The cost of living is relatively low compared to other cities in Oman.
